omg.. how long is it now since the last real post...

months of course.

allright... this time.. its time for the movie session....

INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS
"a movie with a shockin' 152 minutes duration. "

sebelum kita mulai, bagi yg punya pandangan bahwa film ini adalah film perang, tolong kesampingkan itu dulu. karena walaupun settingnya adalah masa perang dunia kedua, tidak ada adegan perang sama sekali didalamnya!! so this movie aint about war, but it's about the basterds. who the hell "the basterds"? well, look down a bit to see who they are.

film yg memiliki setting tahun sekitar tahun 1941-1944 ini, memiliki cerita tentang sebuah grup yang bernama the basterds, dimana mereka memiliki satu tujuan. membunuh setiap pasukan Nazi yang mereka temui. sounds like a crazy job? yep. it is indeed. film yg merupakan campuran drama action comedy ini, benar-benar dibalut menjadi sesuatu yg sangat entertaining. but i warn you, this movie contains gore, blood, massacre, and forehead sculpting scenes.. lol

musti gw akuin, film ini sepertiny jadi yg terbaik - the best - untuk tahun ini. rating imdb nya 8.6 dengan total vote nyaris 80.000 orang... bukan nilai yg mudah dicapai bukan?
bayangkan, ketika film-film seperti transformers 2 jatuh karena ternyata hype tidak sebanding dengan filmnya, but well, inglourious basterds wont fall to the same thing again.

directed by QUENTIN TARANTINO, this movie really delivers.. the 152 mins duration that you saw before, if you think thats too long, i can guarantee, that it is not.

tapi sebagai gantinya.. dikasi foto bon makannya, jadi bisa tau deh makan apa aja hahhaha.foto yg gambar roti trus ada eskrim vanila diatas ini.. namanya honey bread with vanilla ice cream [really obvious name] rasanya manisss, anget.. empuk. and that hand is pop's hand maybe... "update"

went to immigrant today, wanted to try another steak promo.
we ordered 2 types of steak. 1st one-sirloin, 2nd one-rib eye.

*15 minutes passed.....*

1st try: rib eye steak.

mom: "lemaknya banyak amat ni stik. bkn stik sapi ini mah... stik minyak niih.."

and followed by:

mom: " nah ini baru stik deh kayaknya.." when she tried the sirloin steak. (-_-)

but the best part ain't about the steak! it's about the dessert....
because we exceeded the 250.000 limit and also used platinum card,

the restaurant offered ONE free dessert ( "one" means only one right? but my mom always said things like this... "jgn satu dong... 2 ya mas yg gratisnya...boleh ya hehe.." dan ya pastinya kaga bakal boleh lah sama si abang immigrantnya!!)

after all it's still a free dessert, who wants to pass it out?
and so, we asked what kind of dessert do they offer, and there's around 4 selections that he told us, but none of us could really recognize the names..
but he mentioned "banana cheese muffin" and bravo! that sounds familiar.
so we decided to pick it up..

but the waiter suggested this for us instead that banana cheese muffin...

to be sure what that thing really is,

step 1...

imagine a soft, hot chocolate cake with another hot chocolate filling.

done? then do step 2...

imagine a scoop of super creamy vanilla ice cream with traces of peanut in it.

done that too? good! and now...

imagine eating em together in one big bite!! - and i tell you.. its really, really good. -

this one tastes better compared to the steak that we already had before.

oh, and that board-like biscuit in the middle? that biscuit act as a "border" between the ice cream and the hot chocolate fudge, nothing special.

but what's the greatest thing about this, for mom?
"it's free."

manteb kan? detik itu juga, gw nyadar kalo ortu gw gak pernah ada ekspektasi tinggi dari diri gue.

soalnya dulu pas sd, rapor selalu kebakaran, di smp juga kebakaran terus. kelas 1 sma juga terus kebakaran rapot ampe tu rapot jadi gundul...nilai item tuh uda kayak penyakit langka
1: 100.000.000.000.000 in a chance. dan untung aja pas TK blom ada rapot....ah? apa uda ada ya? entah deh.. yg jelas, kalo di rapot TK, ga ada tulisan kyk gini kan...

Fisika.............................63 (padahal skbm 65)
Matematika...................17 (wtf !!!)
Kimia.............................64 (padahal skbm 65)

dan dari semua nilai-nilai merah itu...nilai matematika lah yang jelas-jelas jadi "Guest Star"-nya....

jadi kalo gw dapet nilai bagus, bonyok ya bisa bingung sendiri....

"kamu nyontek yah?"
"ja ampoen, ja engga lah!"

tiba-tiba aja kelas 2 nilai gw uda mulai loncat-loncatan kyk anak main trampoline sampe sekarang kelas 3.
(eh tapi maap aja yah, mat gue nilainya uda naik, jadi sekitar...............................................43 -_-".)
and i love it that they still dont have high expectations in me.

in conclusion:
i prefer that (underrated) condition rather than this (overrated) scenario

Seorang ibu kesal," udah sempit nih bang, kita udah pada sesak napas nih...!"

"kalo mo lega naik taksi aja bu...." teriak kenek gak sopan.
